The Conewago Township Planning Commission held their regular monthly meeting on Monday, April 29, 2002. Those present were:

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Whitmeyer at 7:30 P.M. The Agenda items were reviewed.
MINUTES - February 25, 2002 - A motion by Rozanski second by Hoerner to accept the minutes as submitted. Motion carried.
Old Business:
RICHARD W. AND ORPHA W. LEININGER - Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan
4633 Colebrook Road - Ag Zoning District.
This plan is to subdivide the 3 1.848 acres into 3 lots. Lot #1 will be a new building lot, Lot #2 is a 10.152 acre lot with existing buildings, and lot #3 is 1.963 acres, which will be added to other lands owned by Richard and Orpha Leininger. No construction will occur on lot 2 and 3.
WAIVERS: Mr. Leininger requested the following waivers:
1. Section 403.1 - Preliminary Plan Requirement
2. Section 407.1 A.17 - Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan, No construction or earth moving shall occur on any of these lots. A motion by Whitmeyer second by Grubb to recommend approval of the above 2 waivers. Motion carried.
PLAN - A motion by Whitmeyer second by Coble to recommend approval of the plan
subject to the Engineer's comments dated 2125/02 and subject to Tri-County's comments dated 2/8/02. Motion carried.
New Business:
Reorganization:
Kenneth Grubb and Peter Czuday's term will expire April 30, 2002. A motion by Whitmeyer second by Coble to recommend to reappoint Kenneth Grubb and Peter Czuday to another 4 year term which will expire April 30, 2006. Motion carried.
A motion by Coble second by Rozanski to retain the same officers: Namely Terry Whitmeyer, Chairman; Kenneth Grubb, Vice-Chairman; and Dolores Kuntz, Secretary. Motion carried.
The next meeting will be May 20, 2002
A motion by Coble second by Hoerner to adjourn at 8:00 P. M. Motion carried.
