The Conewago Township Planning Commission held their monthly meeting on Monday, May 20, 2002. Those present were:

The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman, Kenneth Grubb at 7:30 P.M. The Agenda items were reviewed.
MINUTES - April 29, 2002 - A motion by Hoerner second by Czuday to approve the minutes as submitted. Motion carried.
ROBERT GRAYBILL - Land Development Waiver - 745 Gates Road, Hershey
Mr. Graybill is proposing to tear down a barn located in Derry Township and
rebuilding it on the property located at 745 Gates Road in Conewago Township. The building is approximately 3400 sq ft. Mr. Graybill is requesting a waiver for a Land Development Plan. A motion by Rozanski second by Coble to recommend approval of the Waiver Request for a Land Development Plan. Motion carried.
The Township Zoning Officer gave each member an Act 537 Plan update for review. It will be on the agenda on June 24, 2002.
A motion by Coble second Czuday to adjourn at 8:05 P.M.
