JEAN PARMER/MICHAEL CAIRNS - Land Development Waiver - 5525 Ridge Rd.
Jean Parmer is planning to build a 1058 sq. ft. addition connecting the house to the rear
garage which will include a season porch, master bedroom, bath, closet, a foyer with a powder room and a full basement. They are requesting a Land Development Plan waiver for this addition. A motion by Rozanski second by Hoerner to recommend the waiver request subject to stormwater control and that we receive written comments from the Sewage Enforcement Officer concerning the septic system. Motion carried.
JOHN & DAWN KOSER - Land Development Waiver - 523 Koser Road - Ag Zoning
Mr. & Mrs. Koser are planning to build a 7,800 sq. ft. addition to an existing building which will he used for offices, storage, warehouse and auctions. A motion by Grubb second by Czuday that we recommend NOT to grant the waiver request due to nonconforming in the Agriculture District, existing building is non-conforming regarding the front yard setback, it is in the floodplain, and it exceeds the 50% of the current building. Zoning is also an issue. Motion carried.
MANLEY & EVELYN LAYMAN - Inquiry concerning Previous Subdivision Filed 3991 R Roundtop Road It appears that in 1974 a two lot subdivision took place and it is possible that a wrong plan was recorded in the courthouse. The outside property line appears to be correct. It is the line dividing the 2 properties that appears incorrect. It was recommended that the Layman's prepare a new subdivision plan dividing the 2 properties locating the building, wells, septic systems etc. No action taken.
A motion by Czuday second by Hoerner to adjourn at 8.20 P.M. Motion carried.
