OLD BUSINESS:
- Property Maintenance Ordinance - on the backburner.
- Status Report, DTMA - The supervisors approved and signed an intermunicipal agreement between Conewago, Londonderry and DTMA. It concerns how Londonderry Township residents may connect to the Conewago sewer system. Sewer construction contractor is Mazzucca Enterprises, reported to be good contractor. Construction in Conewago will not start before June, should be finished by November 2004.
- OLDS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM - Complaints were filed against several residents who hadn't done their year 2001 septic pumping. Several were due to mistakes. Two have not been resolved. About a dozen residents haven't done their 2002 septic pumping. They will be given until the end of April to do it. Reminders for 2003 septic pumping should be sent out in a few weeks.
- Conewago Watershed - Jay Book reported on the what this group has done and what it has planned. [Editor's Note: See a copy of their agenda at the end of this report.]
NEW BUSINESS:
- Jeff Weaver - Waiver of Land Development (Over 800 Sq. Ft.) - approved garage.
- David & Patricia Epler - Waiver of Land Development (Over 800 Sq.Ft.) - approved garage.
- Batz-Foerster - (Was Batz-Gornik) Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan - approved.
- Gary Burk - Final Subdivision Plan Waiver - Rochat had some stormwater / swale questions. Received waiver for curbs and sidewalks. The board seemed less inclined to grant requested waiver on road widening. Max will look at this.
- Conewago Place - Final Land Development Plan (Jim Garling, URS Engineer) - wasn't sure if they approved anything on this or not.
- Hills Of Waterford - Final Land Development Plan - no action pending.
- Reappointment of Planning Commission Board Members (Terry Whitmeyer, Chairman April 30, 2003 and David Cable, April 30, 2003) - action was tabled.
- Stolzfutz? - had some questions about selling a lot (or partial lot) from a previous subdivision.
There was an executive session after the public meeting.
[Editor's Note: For those that don't read the Planning Commission Minutes (posted on ConewagoOnline), there was a sketch plan for a 46 unit housing development on Deodate Road.]
